1. Fine Art Program and Student Privacy
Yasi Artistry offers month-to-month fine art programs, where students explore a variety of mediums and techniques. Throughout the course, students will work on individual projects, advancing their artistic skills while finding their unique voice.
We collect personal information only for the purpose of registration, communication, and providing course-related services. This includes basic contact information such as name, email, and phone number. We ensure that this data is securely stored and used exclusively for course management and communication related to your participation.
2. Monthly Course Completion Policy
Each monthly course offered at Yasi Artistry includes 4 sessions that must be completed within the same month or within 30 days of the start of the course. If the 4 sessions are not completed within this timeframe, the payment for the course will not be refunded, and the class will not be rescheduled. Please ensure you are able to attend all sessions within the given period before booking your course.
3. Photographs and Recordings
Yasi Artistry occasionally records and photographs classes, events, workshops, and parties for marketing and promotional purposes. These photos and recordings may feature participants, instructors, and artwork created during the sessions.
By attending any class or event at Yasi Artistry, you agree that photographs or recordings may be taken of you and/or your artwork. These images and videos may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be featured in such materials, please inform us in advance.
4. Private Events
Yasi Artistry offers private parties for both adults and children, subject to availability and advance booking. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of the party. Full payment is due at the end of the event.
Children’s parties are typically 2 hours long, and adult parties are 3 hours. If an event exceeds the allotted time, additional charges may apply.
To ensure the best experience, we require a headcount for the event 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your private event, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
5. Credit and Refund Policy
At Yasi Artistry, we do not offer refunds for deposits or payments made for classes, events, or private parties. All sales are final once a booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend a class or event, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or transferring your spot to someone else.
6. Data Protection
We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. All data you provide to Yasi Artistry is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff for administrative purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
